Strike Zone Indoor training FACILITY

Strike Zone Indoor facility is a 13,000 square foot fastpitch softball

and baseball training center for athletes who want to improve their game by sharpening their skills.

​

We are located in central Frederick County.  We have 4 individual training cages available for bookings and two Turf areas available for bookings.  We have 4 "First Pitch" pitching machines for both softball and baseball.

 

We specialize in hitting, fielding and pitching instruction for athletes.  Schedule online to reserve

a cage or turf time!  Scheduling online is required during our busy winter season.

Walk-ins are fine during March thru December but better to call or schedule online.
